Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch orders in 1 to 2 business days.
CANADA,USA, & UK

Delivery 

Canada delivery is within 5 business days. US and UK delivery is 7 to 14 business days. These are just estimates. Further delays are always possible. 

Customs information

All orders to other countries may be liable for customs fees, vat, or other taxes. These fees are the customers responsibility and you must take these into consideration when placing your order. As we are a business we are unfortunately unable to mark the customs label as a 'gift'.

Refund policy

If you have any questions regarding your order or you wish to make a return, please don't hesitate to get in touch by emailing [email protected]

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please re-package the item carefully, preferably in the same packaging, and return it to us within 30 days. 

The cost of the return is payable by the customer and is non-refundable. It is recommended that you choose a delivery option that is insured to the same value as the item purchased. The customer is liable for the item until we receive it back. 

If you believe that the item you received is significantly not as described we will arrange for the return postage costs to be refunded, but please get in contact first to discuss by emailing us at [email protected]
